You can login to My Account to view your current rates. You can also find your rates on the back of your most recent bill under 'charge/rate'. If you need help finding them, please view our helpful bill guide.

My Account is an easy way to manage your energy account online. You can check your usage, pay your bill, sign up to direct debit or opt for monthly billing. You'll save time by doing it online with My Account.

Any Discover Energy residential or small business customer can register for My Account.

Please click "forgotton username or password" at the login page and your details will be sent to your email. Alternatively give us a call on 1300 946 898 or talk to one of our friendly representatives on web chat. 

Log into My Account, on the main page select Contact Details. Update your details and select Save Changes. Your changes will instantly be updated.
